Lyon Bakery was founded by three like-minded friends in the spring of 2000. Skilled in the art of gourmet artisan breads, the bakery has expanded from modest beginnings into a thriving business.
Today, Lyon Bakery is a leading artisan bakery that serves numberous customers throughout the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas.
With our twenty years of combined industry experience, the original partners continue to be directly involved, accessible and accountable for all areas in the business.

Spring Valley Farm & Orchard
Spring Valley Farm and Orchard is a family owned and operated farm just outside of Romney, West Virginia. Owners Eli and Misty have 255 acres and grow diversified fruits and vegetables on 200 acres. They use integrated pest and disease management.
Garner’s Produce
When you close your eyes and think of a family run farm, you immediately see a father operating a tractor, daughters tending to the crops, and dogs playing in the fields. This is the image and feel of Garner’s Produce, located near Montross, Virginia on the Northern Neck. The farm is family owned and operated by Edward Garner with the help of his daughters, Dana and Lora, as well as Dana’s husband, Bernard. Their passion for farming is clear the moment you meet them. Over 110 acres of fertile land produce a wide variety of both fruits and vegetables, including over 9 varieties of eggplant! The majority of their produce is sold on their property at their farm stand, however, when there is a surplus of products, they donate to the local meals on wheels program and Plant a Row for the Hungry. When they do venture out of the Northern Neck, they make it to a variety of farmer’s markets; taking the time to mingle with the people who love their hard work.
In terms of growing methods, Garner’s is constantly trying to improve to ensure fresh, safe, high quality, and nutritious fruits and vegetables. They make continuous efforts to improve their sustainable production by using integrated pest management, crop rotations and cover crops, organic foliar sprays, drip irrigation, and much more!
